Program Description
Important notes:
– we need to keep a low voice and be relatively still for a few hours.
– please be aware that the short walk to the bear hide is along a narrow woodland trail criss-crossed by roots and can be slippery when wet. The trail crosses a narrow bridge over a small stream and then climbs a little on the final stretch up to the hide. Whilst it is not a difficult walk, you do need to be sure footed and it is not suitable for those people who have any difficulty walking over rough terrain or have problems with balance.
– we stay at the hide until almost dark, which in summer means that you need to evaluate your dinner options
– the photo fee is included for non-commercial photos, and you will have to avoid using the flash or the red light
– there is a “minimum 2 persons paying” request
You will be requested to not use the flash or the red light on you camera!
As this is a very popular activity – you need to book it way in advance!
This activity is very popular. It is very likely there will be other people joining your group at the hide. These people might come also from other tour operators and we cannot be held responsible for their behavior and state of health
